Terms & Conditions

For most services, on the day of booking a payment of 30% is required, as a deposit - this is non refundable. The monies due after should be paid on day of departure (in the case of Dog Sitting etc).

While every effort is made to ensure the animal's comfort and well being, Complete Pet Services holds no responsibility for loss, illness, injury or death whilst in its care. In the event of any veterinary assistance all invoices will be charged to the animals owner.
