ABOUT US

Hello! My name is Tony and I have been working at Complete Pet Services for 9 years. I live in Bovingdon with my wife Lindy, our beautiful sons Eddie and Beau and my best friends Harley & Halo, our loyal friendly German shepherds.

I've got numerous qualifications and an Honours Degree in Architecture and Interior Design.

I went into a career as an architect working for numerous architectural practices and designed leading brands for blue chip companies such as Costa Coffee for an example.

I then got head hunted by a Theme Park design company where I worked as a Senior Designer, leading large scale projects and attractions including award winning Peppa Pig World, Fright Night at Thorpe Park, The Jorvik Viking Centre and Cadbury's World to name a few.

I decided that I needed to make a career change to give myself more time with my family, so I looked into my other passions- the outdoors and animals!

So I started working for Complete Pet Services and enjoyed it so much I subsequently ended up buying the business and have  been thrilled to be running the Company

ever since. 

I have formed such strong bonds with all of our dogs, and I always look forward to going to work everyday. I love the English countryside and seeing how excited the dogs are to see me when I pick them up. Offering pet feeding services means I get to visit and care for pets when owners are away or need a helping a hand, meaning no day is the same. I treat all animals as if they were my own and care for them exactly how I would like my pets to be treated.

I am canine first aid trained, fully insured and DBS checked.

Hello! My name is Lindy and I live in Bovingdon with my husband Tony, our incredible sons Eddie and Beau and our beautiful fur babies Harley & Halo. 

I started my career at John Lewis as a management trainee and later became a Personal Stylist. This is where I found my love of customer service and after 9 lovely years I became cabin crew for British Airways. I then changed my career direction and joined a OFSTED Outstanding local daycare nursery for 5 wonderful years as a Deputy Preschool Manager.  

I have been very fortunate to have grown up around so many animals  including German shepherd's, Border terriers, Patterdale terriers, horses, cats, chickens, ducks, and geese. This helps me fully appreciate how hard it is to leave your pets and the importance of making sure they are loved, secure and happy while in our care. 

I am so happy to be working with Tony and the team at Complete Pet Services, managing the bookings, admin and customer relations. I join Tony on walks on a regular basis  and absolutely love spending time with the dogs and seeing their beautiful personalities grow and develop. The dogs really look up to Tony and the team and I love seeing how excited they are for their walks. 

I am DBS checked and working towards my Ofqual Regulated Level 3 Qualification in Professional Day Care and Boarding with the IMDT.
